Inspired by the extended summer twilight, Rosal en el Verano captures Juan’s fascination for the new angles, depth, colours and textures created by the evening light.

These late sunsets aren’t a sensation we have in the tropics and it’s difficult for us to understand and appreciate a sunset that happens at 10pm, the unique quality and colour of the light.”
