Returns and exchanges
We work our hardest to deliver products we hope you’ll love but, should you change your mind or are not satisfied, you have 30 days to return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement.

Please ensure you return your items in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. We are unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition and not in their original packaging.
Returns can take up to 14 days to process after we have received the item.
The customer is responsible for paying the postage for any returned items. We recommend that you send any returned items using a tracking service. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any returned goods, so please hold onto your postal tracking information. Until we receive the item(s), we are not responsibility for the item(s).
We are unable to refund shipping costs.
Please contact us at help@studioparga.com before returning any items and clearly state your order number and relevant contact information in the e-mail.
Damaged Delivery
We do our best to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, should your order arrived damaged in any way then please let us know immediately and we will be happy replace the damaged item.
Our policy is to offer replacements for damaged items free of charge. Please note that we do not offer refunds for damaged items. If you do not wish for a new replacement item to be shipped then we kindly ask that you to initiate a returns process instead.
Important: Please be sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send these together with any other relevant information about the claim to help@studioparga.com
