What paper do you print on?
At Studio Parga we’re committed to offering high-quality art prints to our customers. Our 315g cotton rag paper is acid and lignin free, meaning it won’t yellow or break down over time. A conservation paper, it's lightly textured with a natural white tone, giving it a tactile and timeless feel. Finally, it's free from optical brightening agents and meets museum-quality archival standards.
What inks do you use?
We use high-quality pigment-based inks, ensuring colour richness and depth, as well as resistance to light, heat and water. Coupled with our archival papers, this enables us to ensure that your prints won't fade or discolour.
What printing technique do you use?
All of our prints are made to order and printed using the giclée printing technique. This technique is capable of reproducing the broadest possible spectrum of colours in printing, allowing us to faithfully reproduce original works of art as prints.
Can I buy my print framed?
Yes, you can. At Studio Parga we offer a free framing service for your art prints, meaning they'll be ready to hang and enjoy as soon as they arrive at your door. We offer solid wood frames in a black, white and natural oak finish. When purchasing your print, simply select from the list of options which colour frame you'd like:
Print only - unframed print.
White - print framed in a white solid wood frame.
Black - print framed in a black solid wood frame.
Oak - print framed in a natural oak solid wood frame.
What materials do you use in your frames?
Our frames are made from solid wood and come with an oak veneer, an acid-free insert and sturdy rear panel. We use quality acrylic gazing in our frames because it's shatter resistant and much more robust than traditional glass.
Our acrylic glazing offers excellent clarity, UV protection and will keep your print protected and preserved for many years to come.
What's more, it helps us to create a lightweight art product that's both easy and safe to hang in your home, as well as being affordable to ship.
Do your frames come with hanging fixtures?
Yes - all our frames come with hanging fixtures already attached, making hanging our prints in your home quick and easy. In addition, each frame is sealed with tape to protect your print from dust and to keep the print securely in place within the frame.
What are your shipping costs?
Unframed Prints
We offer free delivery on all unframed art prints shipping to the UK, USA and some European destinations. Shipping costs for all other destinations are between £3 and £5. A full list of countries we ship to and shipping costs can be found here.
Framed Prints
Delivery costs for framed art prints vary according to destination and art print size. All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and visible to customers before completing payment. Please see our shipping page for further information.

What are your delivery times?
Our current delivery times are as follows:
UK: 3-8 working days
Europe: 10-15 working days
USA: 10-15 working days

Do you ship to Europe?
Yes, we do. UK orders are produced in and shipped from the UK. European orders are produced in and shipped from Europe. This means that as a customer you won't have to pay post-Brexit customs and duty fees on your European orders.

Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes - we are delighted to offer international shipping options on all orders and proud to partner with production facilities across the UK, the USA and the Netherlands. When your order comes in it'll be sent to the nearest site for printing and framing, helping us to get your order to you quickly and keep our carbon footprint to a minimum by reducing the distance it has to travel once shipped.

Please be advised that where local taxes and import duties apply these are not included in the shipping costs. These are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office to get an idea of any duties or taxes that may apply.
Due to import restrictions, we regret that we are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can. We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your item. You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your item that you would like to return it (help@studioparga.com). You will then have a further 14 days to return your items to us once you have notified us.

Please ensure you return your items in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging. We are unable to refund or exchange items that are returned to us in an unsaleable condition and not in their original packaging.
Returns can take up to 14 days to process.
The customer is responbile for paying the postage for any returned items. We recommend that you send any returned items using a tracking service. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss or damage of any returned goods, so please hold on to your postal tracking information. Until we receive the item(s), we are not responsible for the item(s).
We are unable to refund shipping costs.
We aim to make your experience of shopping with us as pleasant and as easy as possible. If you think we can improve our service, then please do not hesitate to contact us at help@studioparga.com and we will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Please follow our returns instructions and then simply place a new order. This is the fastest way for you to receive your new item. You will be refunded for your original order within 14 days of us receiving your returned item(s).
My print and/or frame has arrived damaged. What should I do?
We make every effort to securely package and safely ship your order. Should your order arrive damaged in any way or for any reason, then please let us know straight away so that we can solve the problem for you.
Our policy is to send out replacements for damaged items. We do not offer a full refund. If you do not wish for a replacement item to be shipped, we kindly ask that you begin a returns process instead.
We do not require you to return any damaged items. However, we do ask for images of the damaged goods and packaging. We are unable to offer replacements for damaged items if we don't receive images of the items in question. Please make sure to take photos of both the packaging and the damaged product(s) and send them together with any other relevant information about the claim to help@studioparga.com
