Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

PURCHASES
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.
By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Studio Parga.
Studio Parga has no control over and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Studio Parga shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.

TERMINATION
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall Studio Parga, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations that is caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control (Event outside our control).

Studio Parga, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is sorted or any server, computer or database connected to our site. You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the computer Misuse Act 1990.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your item. You must tell us within 14 days of receiving your item that you would like to return it (help@studioparga.com). You will then have a further 14 days to return your items to us once you have notified us.
Christmas gifts can be returned/exchanged until 31 January.
The items must be returned in their original condition and in the original, undamaged packing or similar protective tube/box. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not fulfil these criteria. Please note that you are responsible for paying postage/shipping costs for any returns sent back to us.
Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk and own expense. If any item arrives back to us damaged, we are only able to offer a 50% refund.
Please contact us at help@studioparga.com before returning any items and remember to state your order number and relevant contact information in the email.
Damaged Delivery
We do our best to ship your order in a safe and secure way, but if your order for any reason or in any way arrives damaged, please let us know straight away so that we can help you solve the problem.
We always offer to send out replacements for damaged items. We do not offer a full refund. If you do not want a new replacement item to be shipped then we kindly ask that you to initiate a returns process instead or make another arrangement with us.
Please make sure to take photos of both the package and the damaged product and send these together with any other relevant information about the claim to help@studioparga.com
Remember to state your order number in the email.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our suppliers in the United Kingdom, the USA or the Netherlands, depending on where the order is to be sent to.
Shipping costs
All shipping costs will be shown upon checkout, however, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and is not included in the shipping costs. When ordering from outside of the UK or the EU taxes are always applied. Taxes and duties are applied by local tax authorities and differ from country to country. They are based on the value of the order and the type and size of the product.
Taxes and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be accepted as a reason for refusing the package.
Due to import restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to Russia.
Important: Please be aware that if you authorise a courier to deliver without a signature then you do so at your own risk and we will not cover any costs if the package is lost or stolen.

Our current delivery times are as follows:

Europe: 10-15 working days
USA: 10-15 working days
Canada: 10-20 working days
Please wait the full estimated time period before contacting us about the late delivery of an order. After this point we will be very happy to help.

Please note that we can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, such as customs delays, etc.
If you are not home upon delivery
If the postage or courier service is unable to make the delivery, they will contact you to schedule a pick up or re-delivery.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift cards are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.
Colours
Due to the calibration differences between computer monitors, tablets and smartphones, etc. the colour on the poster shown on our website may vary slightly from the actual poster or print.
Privacy
At Studio Parga your personal contact information will be treated with confidentiality and will not be shared with any third parties. For ordering handling purposes, however, we sometimes need to share your shipping details directly with the artist or our printing partner. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
