“By painting the doors and windows of houses in popular Latin American neighbourhoods, we create alternative portraits of the people who inhabit these spaces. The personal transformations these thresholds undergo say a lot about the realities, tastes, needs and opportunities of their owners. Each façade bears witness to and reflects multiple changes in its use and aesthetics."
