Camila Barreto Hoyos
Colombian artist Camila Barreto Hoyos is a master at instilling emotions into abstract art. Forms morph, adapt and adjust in her paintings, creating a visual and metaphorical tug-of-war that touches upon what it means to be human: to love, to change, to feel. The key to each image lies in its astute title and the palpable tensions between form, line and colour.
