Bold and bright, the pink art print Guacamayas by J&L Constructores is inspired by the signage that indicates Colombia's bus routes. Hand-painted signs are a celebrated feature of Latino popular culture and Jimmy and Lina pay homage to this in their clever and creative adaptations that make up the series Trayectos.

Artistic duo Jimmy Espinosa and Lina Prieto dedicate their artistic practice to preserving the visual memory of Colombia’s urban and popular culture. Known collectively as J&L Contructores, their depictions of the country’s changing environment capture everyday scenes and social dynamics that might otherwise pass below the radar.
