Esteban Peña's Dandelion is a striking and contemporary botanical art print. With its bright yellows and deep black background, it’s a beautiful modern take on floral art for the home.
Depicted as insects would see it – with eyes sensitive to ultraviolet and infrared light – this Dandelion feels other-worldly as it captures the magic of nature, its bright colours calling insects in to feast and feed on its nectar, and so continue the pollination cycle.
“Traditionally, the dandelion is a symbol of key elements in our universe. It represents the sun when in full yellow bloom; the moon when the head becomes perfectly round with white seeds; and the stars when we blow and scatter the seeds into the skies.
